           Quality Improvement Tool
           Annual Performance Evaluation Campaign

            On  Annual  basis Chiyoda Almana conducts a  Performance
            Evaluation Campaign at all the ongoing projects. This campaign
            meets our obligation in line  with certification  to ISO 9001 (For
             Quality Management) to monitor our quality aspects of services as
            determined  using standardized test  procedures, and compared,
            when possible, to average performance or best practice.
            During January 2019, Chiyoda  Almana  successfully  received
            clients’ feedback on the quality of services  provided during the
            completed year of 2018. Analysis of the feedback was conducted
            and reported to company management team with the established
            action plan to cover any shortcomings as per company procedures.
            The annual process ensures the prompt response and proactive
            action of  Chiyoda  Almana towards  clients’ feedback.  The
            Performance  Evaluation  Campaign is one of  the key tools  to
            identify areas of improvement, maintain relationships with clients
            and enhance the quality of services.


          Integrated Management System for Operation Excellence
          International Standards recertification for Safety, Quality, Environment and Health

            Chiyoda Almana has developed and implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) as a framework that allows
            the company to document, control and improve business operation in order to offer highest quality services to its clients,
            operate safely and avoid environmental pollution. During January & February 2019, Chiyoda Almana received the auditors
            from Bureau Veritas in preparation  to  recertifying the  company’s Integrated  Management System (covering Quality
            Management System, Safety Management System, Environment Management System). Following a successful auditing
            process by Bureau Veritas, Chiyoda Almana achieved the following:
               Implementation and successful certification of new ISO standard for Occupational
               Health and Safety (ISO 45001: 2018)
               Change the certifying body for ISO by obtaining successful ecertification with Bureau
               Veritas for entire Integrated Management System implemented in Chiyoda Almana
               (covering 3 standards; ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 & ISO 45001: 2018)
               Start implementation of Business Continuity Management System (ISO 22301:2012),
                                                         rd
               targeting certification with Bureau Veritas by the 3  Quarter of FY 2019
               Start implementation of Risk Management System (ISO 31000: 2018)
            Chiyoda Almana is  striving to better satisfy  the needs and expectations of  clients,
            stakeholders  and interested parties  through enhanced focus  on the international
            standard as one of the key element to achieve the targeted control integration on Safety,
            Quality, Environment and Health system.
