10 Years of successful operation and engagement with society

This year we celebrate 10 years of successful operation in Qatar. Chiyoda Almana, the optimum product of Localization plan
started 10 years back by Chiyoda Corporation, was established in 2008 to provide outstanding engineering services to the local
Energy & Industry operators in Qatar leveraging on the established business relationships by Chiyoda Corporation in Qatar since
the 1970’s.

Chiyoda Almana success story proved that local entities are the best to respond to the market increased demand and needs
promptly and efficiently. Especially when the local company, as Chiyoda Almana, combine the experienced human resources with
the advanced technologies to deliver the services with highest level of quality and safety. The success story would not be
completed without Chiyoda Almana deep engagement in social responsibilities to support the sustainable development of the
state of Qatar.

Qatar follows the roadmap drawn in National Vision 2030, which aims to propel Qatar forward by balancing the accomplishments
that achieve economic growth with human and natural resources. This vision constitutes a beacon that guides economic, social,
human and environmental development of the country in the coming decades, so that it is inclusive and helpful for the citizens
and residents of Qatar in various aspects of their lives.

Chiyoda Almana inspired and guided by the QNV 2030, has formed the vision and mission of its Corporate Social Responsibilities
Program (CSR). Over the 10 years of local operation, Chiyoda Almana built strong ties with society organizations, governmental
authorities, educational institutes, health and environmental organizations in Qatar to contribute to social development and to
support the continued development of Qatar.

Chiyoda Almana as part of Chiyoda Group companies, obtained the guidelines of company CSR program from the Chiyoda Group
CSR Corporate vision and corporate philosophy of “Energy and Environment in Harmony”. In addition, Chiyoda Almana
collaborate with Chiyoda Global Headquarters in Yokohama, Japan to deliver integrated CSR program in Qatar especially in
relation to contribution to local human resources development.

Chiyoda Almana corporate mission is to create value for shareholders and employees, by growing competencies and improving
efficiency aligned with a clear strategy in a multicultural organization based on business ethics to provide innovative and top
quality solutions for clients, with full respect of safety, environmental and social responsibilities. Social Responsibility forms a key
part of the established Corporate Objectives that Chiyoda Almana aspire to achieve side by side with the business strategy in
Qatar.
