          Engagement with Stakeholders for Enhancement of Work Conditions
          Participation at the Workers Welfare & Healthy Lifestyle Forum
          Chiyoda Almana participated at the “Workers Welfare & Healthy
          Lifestyle Forum _ 18 Oct. 2018” based on the invitation extended to the
          company from Qatar Petroleum’s Industrial Cities, HSSE Department
          (Health & Safety).
          The theme  of  the forum as announced by QP was “Together  we
          maintain sustainable workers’ wellbeing”. The forum objective was to
          enhance the awareness of the workers’ wellbeing and tackle current
          workers’  welfare and health  related challenges  in the QP  Industrial
          Cities amongst QP/VI staff, End Users and Contractors.
          During the forum,  Chiyoda Almana representatives from  Human
          Resources Team and HSE Team were updated on the following topics:
                 Effective First Aid Practices (by Shell)
                 Workers Wellbeing Improvement Program (by Nakilat)
                 Occupational Hearing Hazards and Precaution (by Dolphin
                 Energy)
                 How Does Occupational Health Support Business (by MSL)
                 Importance of Amending Noise Hazard Reduction Program
                 Psychological  Problems Facing in Occupational  Field (by
                 Shell)
                 Effective Evacuation Procedure (by QP)
                 Catering Practices and Products (by Shaqab)

          Promotion of safety Behavior and work culture
          Crisis Management Drill

           In line  with Chiyoda Almana commitment to improving the
           company’s  Emergency Response  and Crisis  Management
           Procedures, Chiyoda Almana successfully held a Crisis
           Management Drill/ Exercise in coordination  with Chiyoda
           Corporation, Markaz Almana Building Management and the Civil
           Defense Force in Qatar. The  drill scenario  was  “Emergency
           Response to an earthquake of magnitude 7.0 occurs in Qatar
           during working hours.”. and was conducted at both company’s
           Doha office and projects’  sites  as  well. The successfully
           completed drill raised some improvement areas that will further
           enhance the actions  in  the event  of an  emergency  to ensure
           employees safety.
