           Compliance Awareness and Ethical Business Conduct
           Compliance seminar focused on “Code of Conduct”

           Chiyoda Almana promotes ethical business conduct including not
           only adherence to domestic  and  international treaties, laws &
           regulations,  international  agreements but also  prevention of
           harassment, corruption and information security.
           Commitment  to compliance is  fundamental to  establishing and
           sustaining legitimate and productive relationships with its clients.
           Chiyoda Almana conforms to the standards of compliance program
           that supports fair operating practices through Chiyoda Group Code
           of Conduct.
           During 4 & 5 November 2018, all Chiyoda Almana employees at
           HQ and site offices have  attended a Compliance Seminar to
           promote compliance  with Chiyoda Group “Code  of  Conduct”
           including fraud, harassment, information security, etc.
           The seminar was introduced by the Legal & Compliance Team from
           Chiyoda Global Headquarter and included study  cases and
           discussions to test the employees’ knowledge of company’s Code
           of Conduct  and to raise the awareness for  the importance  of
           committing to respect for the rule of law,  adherence to ethical
           standards, accountability and transparency.

           Compliance E-Learning Training and Compliance Survey Practice

           In line with the strongly established compliance procedures and
           guidelines, Chiyoda Almana in coordination with Chiyoda Global
           Headquarter conduct  frequent surveys and online learning
           opportunities to update employees’ awareness of Compliance
           especially in relation to  Anti-Bribery,  Anti-Trust and the
           Whistleblowing System. Chiyoda  Almana  provides pragmatic
           approach  to  enforce compliance  in internal and external
           business conduct to apply transparency and fairness in every
           business practice with different stakeholders. During FY 2018,
           all Chiyoda Almana employees (site offices and HQ) attended &
           completed the following:
                  seminar on bribery and cartel;
                  an anonymous compliance questionnaire;
                  awareness seminar  on Chiyoda  Group “Code  of
                  Conduct”;
                 compliance  e-learning  training.
