Chiyoda Almana Engineering, a leading local engineering company providing services to Qatar’s oil and gas industry, has successfully concluded its annual Summer Internship Program, reaffirming its long-standing commitment to supporting the development of Qatar’s young talents and contributing to the country’s human capital development.
For the past 15 years, Chiyoda Almana Engineering has welcomed students from all national and international universities in Qatar (Qatar University, Texas A&M, University of Doha for Science and Technology, Hamad Bin Khalifa University, etc.) to participate in its Summer Internship Program, providing them with valuable exposure to the engineering, energy, and oil and gas sectors. The program is designed to complement students’ academic studies with practical experience and a deeper understanding of the professional environment.
During this year’s program, participating students were introduced to various aspects of engineering and oil and gas operations through a combination of technical sessions, workplace exposure, practical assignments, and interaction with experienced professionals. The students had the opportunity to learn about engineering disciplines, project execution, safety practices, quality management, business operations, and the importance of teamwork and professional responsibility in the energy industry.
