Technical Training to Develop Clients’ Human Resources

Chiyoda Almana in collaboration with Chiyoda Global Headquarters constantly support the local human resources
development and knowledge transfer to young generation of engineers to enrich their carrier development
        experience.
All Chiyoda Almana efforts in this regard are aligned with the appreciated Qatar National Vision 2030 that aims to
"transform Qatar into an advanced society capable of achieving sustainable development" by 2030.
One of the important initiatives coming under this direction is Chiyoda Almana annual technical training programs
provided to Qatargas and Qatar Petroleum (QP) local engineers. During 2019, Chiyoda Almana with Chiyoda Global
Headquarters provided Brownfield Training (in Doha) followed by Greenfield Training (in Japan) to a total number of
21 engineers from Qatargas and QP jointly.
The programs were focused on introduction of all engineering disciplines required for LNG plant operations and
included an overview of the innovative technologies related to energy plant operation such as AI and Big Data
technologies. The program was prepared and developed based on Chiyoda Almana strong local experience in LNG
engineering, design and construction with an introduction to the relevant management and leadership skills. Over the
last 7 years of these programs’ execution, Chiyoda Almana successfully contributed to enhance clients’ technical
understanding of engineering work and EPC contactors’ scope.
