CAEL was established in 2008, principally to provide services for post-construction plant operation on small to medium sized projects and to contribute to the further growth of Qatar. Following the Long Term EPCm Services Contract award with RasGas, CAEL has been steadily increasing its staffing level, which currently stands at 260 people, and is planning to expand its organization to 290 people by the end of this year.
