Recertification of QHSE International Standards (ISO) to ensure customer satisfaction and ser-
vices’ quality
Since its establishment, Chiyoda Almana developed and main-
tained an efficient and comprehensive Integrated Management
System (IMS) to ensure quality of delivered services and continual-
ly seek opportunities for improvement while operating safely and
avoid environment pollution. Our Integrated Management System
is running in accordance with the requirements of the well regard-
ed international QHSE ISO standards.
In order to maintain the achieved level of customer satisfaction
and high standard services’ quality, Chiyoda Almana successfully
went through another annual external audit process by a leading
certification organization (Bureau Veritas) to test, inspect and
recertify company accredited ISO certificates: of: of: ISO 9001 -
Quality Management System, ISO 14001 - Environmental Manage-
ment System, ISO 45001 - Occupational Health and Safety Man-
agement System and ISO 27001: Information Security Manage-
ment System.
Business Continuity Management System
Chiyoda Almana started the implementation of the Business Continuity Management System, to ensure that
essential activities for project delivery are maintained over time, without interruption in any critical situation
that occurs. In light of the COVID -19 situation, the inaugurated Chiyoda Almana Business Continuity Man-
agement System focused mainly on initiating Crisis Management activities in partnership with other organisa-
tions and their Crisis Management representatives to wisely manage the critical situation.
Key activities carried out under Chiyoda Almana Business Continuity Management System;
Continuous communication with Clients Crisis
Management Team representatives.
Understanding the steps taken by each company
to mitigate spread of COVID -19.
Sharing information where applicable to learn
lessons from each other.
Reporting of cases to Client, to initiate contact
tracing and to ensure proper treatment of em-
ployees.
Coordination for arranging vaccination for em-
ployees, when Client initiated vaccination drive
for Contractors.
