Participation at Compliance Monitoring Survey for Group companies

During the period from October 9th to October 30th 2020, all Chiyoda Almana employees participated
at a Compliance Monitoring Survey sponsored by Mitsubishi Corporation for Chiyoda Corporation and
its Group Companies as part of the Mitsubishi Corporation Group.
The main purpose of the survey is to evaluate employees’ awareness of compliance policies in each
organization. As well as to utilize the survey results for development and implementation of the
measures to enhance compliance program in all group companies.
The survey targeted all Chiyoda Almana employees and contained 17 selective type question and 2
free description type questions in both Japanese and English.
This survey was conducted anonymously to ensure transparency and fair opportunity to all employees
to express their actual views and opinions freely and fairly.
