Awards and Recognition Program to company employees
Chiyoda Almana has devised an Awards and Recognition Program (ARP) for all employees to recognize the employee’s
contribution to the overall objectives that support company values, goals and vision.
Through the Awards and Recognition Program (ARP), Chiyoda Almana recognize and award group and individual practic-
es that foster excellence in their respective technical field.
Chiyoda Almana believes that its employees shall work in an environment where they are valued and where exceptional
performance is recognized.
Awards and Recognition Program also encompass the objectives of:
Recognizing employees and teams in a timely and effective way, for their exceptional contributions to their respec-
tive Department and Organization as a whole
Help to foster an environment of shared success and commitment
Highlight behaviors and activities that have benefited Chiyoda Almana and showcase employees as role models.
Establish fair and flexible awarding practices that will encourage and motivate employees to raise their performance
standard
